Travelling by rail
London Paddington is 2 ½ hours away from Taunton. Heathrow Airport Express runs a service every 15 minutes connecting Heathrow Airport and London Paddington Station. Connections to Europe via Eurostar mean that travel times from Amsterdam or Cologne to Taunton are about 8 hours; Paris and Brussels about 5 ½ hours.
EuroStar Train
Eurostar trains run hourly services from Paris and every two hours from Brussels to London taking about 2 1/2 hours. From the international terminal at St Pancras, take the Hammersmith and City or Circle Line west to continue the journey by train to Taunton from London Paddington Station or take the Victoria Line South to join a coach at Victoria coach station.
A frequent bus service (bus 28) connects Taunton railway station to Williton.
Taxis are available at the train and bus stations and if you plan to come by bus either from Bridgwater or Taunton, please ask the bus driver to stop in Fore Street opposite the Shell petrol station in Williton.
Croydon Hall does offer a courtesy 'pick up' service for our guests but this must be pre booked and is subject to availability. Please contact us prior to your journey so we can arrange this for you.
