This is an opportunity to experience a deep catharsis and opening of the heart with immediate therapeutic benefits, feeling of profound gratitude, deep inner silence and meditation. No prior experience in meditation or training is required. A change of clothing and a cushion or stool for meditation are recomended.

Swami Arun is a Nepali meditation facilitator and an intimate disciple of the enlightened mystic  OSHO. Since 1969 he has conducted more than 600 camps. His style follows the camps held by OSHO in the late 60s and early 70s.

Swami Arun creates an informal and relaxed atmosphere in his camps with a playful and specific non-serious approach.

Decades of buiding up his engineering business and a retreat centre has given his teachings a grounging in day-to-day life and a deep respect for the individual.
