It is always better to learn meditation in a group of like-minded people with competent instruction from experienced meditators. At the end of the weekend you will have learnt a few tips on how to stay more aware and relaxed wherever you are. You will also receive handouts.

 

This course is especially designed for:

* people who have never meditated before, but always wanted to

* self-taught meditators

* people who tried meditation, but think they failed

* people who find they are too busy to meditate
