This weekend is for you to retreat, relax and experience meditation. We will give you the tools to travel to this quiet space inside with guidance from Sitar, a long-term meditator. She creates a safe and joyous space for sharing and discovering your inner being. You will leave recharged, relaxed and holding a key to access your inner quiet space in the midst of the marketplace.
A Spa session and a walk are part of the programme.
What is included in the price:
* two nights accommodation in a twin room en suite (two people sharing)
* vegetarian meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch
* dessert and cheese plate for dinner on Friday and Saturday
* unlimited tea, coffee and fruit throughout the day
* one 3-hour Spa session with a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a Swedish sauna and an Infra red sauna
* two morning classes of stretching or/and meditation techniques
* a class of active shaking meditation in the afternoon
* a booklet with tips of how to stay alert and relaxed in your daily life
