Opening up a vibrant flow of life force energy through the chakra system is vital for a fulfilled life. If the chakra system is in stagnation and poor health, difficulty in relating and emotional suffering will be the result. When the chakra system is awakened to its fuller potential, we experience ecstasy in everyday life, find flow in our creative expression and are empowered with free flowing communication and communion in relationships. There are seven main chakras, and each chakra expresses one aspect, one frequency of who we are.

In this group, we explore the chakra system as an experiential journey, using methods of meditation and techniques for self realization. Each chakra holds a master key for fulfilment in life, whether this be with a partner or on your own. Experience opening to your flowing aliveness in this profoundly transformative process.

Sarita says: “For thousands of years in the East, particularly in India, the chakra system has been used as a map to help spiritual seekers find their eventual reunion with source - Enlightenment. I have travelled this path for lifetimes, and in this life, for the past 37 years. I have discovered a wealth of information, through deeply lived experience, which can useful to anyone who is interested in fulfilling their potential in life. In order for us to move into the cosmic consciousness represented by the crown chakra, we need to travel the path from sex centre to crown, opening up the maximum potential of each chakra and learning the potent life lessons contained inside. When your chakra system is open, it is then natural for you overflow with love, wisdom and compassion for all beings.”

This group will give an overview of the seven chakras, and is an introduction to the new series of seven weekend workshops, one on each chakra, coming up in 2011 and 2012.
