TANTRA TRAINING FOR LOVERS

Through the exploration of Tantra as a couple, Sarita has made some fascinating discoveries on this timeless subject. It is also possible to attain union not only on the levels of sex and heart, but on all frequency levels, thereby provoking the phenomenon of the Soul Mate. When couples are able to open the chakra system to a vertical flow of energy, the miracle of grace descending and permeating everyday life becomes a reality. It is everyone’s birthright to know this and it is only a lack of education on the subject, which has prevented people from accessing their natural potential to love and be loved in a balanced and blissful way. Sexual union is a door provided by nature to access an ecstatic state of being. The science of Tantra offers methods to open that door with sensitivity and intelligence, taking you and your lover on an expansive, celebrative, journey of transformation.
This training is offered in 7 levels. It is designed to give you time in-between groups to experiment with the various Tantric practices given in each level. These practices are given in a sequential order, offering a refined process of deepening intimacy, heightening sensual pleasure, and expanding consciousness. Everyday, as a part of the training each couple will go to the privacy of their bedroom to practise a particular Tantric meditation which includes making love. The dynamics inside the group room include; regular meditation sessions, different types of exercises, massage, dance, sharing, celebration, emotional release and energy work. In addition to this there is the possibility to receive private counselling with the training facilitators when needed.

Level 1, Intimacy: 6 Days
The theme in this first level is to deepen intimacy through the following ways: a deep cleansing of stagnant patterns of relating, opening the heart and conscious communication through receptivity, sexual deconditioning and discovering the dimension of sacred sexuality in Tantra.
Level 2, Male Female Balance: 6 Days
Men and women have different centres of polarity within their chakras and energy system. In this level we explore methods to bring polarity balance. The couple can then experience the hidden harmony of opposites, cutting through the misunderstandings, which arise if that balance has not been experienced.
Level 3, Sensual Awakening: 5 days
By entering inside ones being through the door of the senses, superconsciousness is discovered. Behind every outer sense is a hidden sense, which offers the potential of psychic sensitivity. When this experience is brought to relating, the couple opens to the law of ascension, and starts ‘rising in love’.
Level 4, Royal Liberation: 6 Days
In Tantra there are three dimensions of marriage, the marriage of the body, marriage of the soul and marriage of the spirit. In this level we explore the marriage of the body through sacred rituals, including a preparation time, where women and men are separate to explore, heal and expand their own unique qualities.
Level 5, Exalted Union: 5 Days
In this level the woman discovers her essence as Goddess and the man his potential to be reborn as a God. For the unfolding of this experience we enter into a profoundly transforming Tantric meditation series which embraces relaxation and let go as a diving board into the divine. Here in lies the key to a type of sexual experience beyond time and mind.
Level 6, Ardhanareshvara: 5 Days
In this level, the divine spark, which fuels the Yin Yang principle, is experienced deeply in partner meditation. The couple remembers how it is to live as one whole, beyond duality, both inside oneself and in love partnership In Tantra, this meeting of male/female polarities is known as Ardhanareshvara, the representation of Godliness, which is half male half female.
Level 7, Mahamudra: 11 Days
This level is a retreat, which usually takes place near the sea or in nature. Lovers will help each other in a delicate process of expansion towards Mahamudra, the ultimate gesture of love, which arises through orgasm with the universe.
