Croydon Hall is situated just three miles from the North Somerset Coast on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The surrounding area boasts of some of the most delightful scenery in England, from the wilderness of the moors to the cosiness of traditional local fishing harbours.

 

Local attractions include the superbly preserved Dunster Castle as part of the medieval village with its unique yarn market. Throughout the summer months the West Somerset Railway runs a picturesque, traditional steam railway service from Minehead via Washford to Bishops Lydeard near Taunton.

The area is criss-crossed by a network of well-maintained footpaths and bridle ways. Several walks are available from the doorstep and maps of the local area provided at reception.
